Free Webinar Delivered by Communicate-ed: Introduction to the JCQ Changes 2019/2020

Caroline Read from Communicate-ed will be hosting a free webinar for us again this year. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 11th September 2019 7pm to 8.15pm

During the webinar Caroline will introduce the changes relating to access arrangements for 2019/2020 in the following JCQ documents:

- ‘Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments (AARA)’

- ‘Instructions for Conducting Exams (ICE)’

- ‘General Regulations’

The ‘Introduction to the JCQ Changes 2019/20’ webinar is ideally accessed before attending a full Access Arrangements Update/Refresher for 2019/2020 course. Communicate-ed run these courses online or face to face in September, as do PATOSS. As they are longer, the full Update/Refresher courses cover much more than an introduction to the changes; they include a refresher on the regulations as a whole, look at implications for best practice, consider feedback from the JCQ and Awarding Bodies, updates to Access Arrangements Online, the new Form 8 and other evidence requirements, new advice on which tests and assessments are appropriate, with information about software and resources etc.
