Wednesday 7 August 2019
The BDA was delighted to be able to award Rebecca Collard her certificate for successfully achieving her Level 3 Practical Solutions for Dyslexia-Plus Award recently.
Rebecca works as a teaching assistant and also volunteers at the BDA's Children will Shine Group in Bracknell.
Rebecca is a great example of someone who has committed to finding out about dyslexia through the BDA's Training Courses and was thrilled to achieve the Level 3 Award that recognises her hard work.
The Level 3 Award - Practical Solutions for Dyslexia-Plus is an excellent foundation for those wanting to gain knowledge and practical skills to support individuals with learning to Read, Write and Spell. Available through face to face, blended or eLearning, the course leading to this award provides flexibility and a cost effective solution for anyone looking to develop understanding of dyslexia that can then be applied to improve literacy learning. In many cases whole schools have also undertaken this award as on onsite programme enabling them to develop the skills and knowledge of everyone in the school.
