Video clips to be introduced to driving theory test, improving accessibility for dyslexic candidates

Today, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency has announced that, from April 14, video clips are to replace written scenarios in UK driving theory tests to make them more accessible.

Am I entitled to support/funding for an assessment or resources? Unfortunately, as dyslexia is not seen as a medical condition there is no direct government funding for diagnostic assessments or resources in schools, colleges or anywhere else.
