Dyslexia Awareness Week Competitions!

Calling all artists, writers and animators!
Why not enter the BDA’s Dyslexia Awareness Week competition this year? Categories for children, young people and adults can be found below:
Artists (including photography and graphic design): Age Categories: 5-11 years, 12-17 years, and 18+
Writers (including fiction, non-fiction and poetry): Age Categories: 5-11 years, 12-17 years, and 18+
Animators Create a short animation about dyslexia: Age Categories: 5-11 years, 12-17 years, and 18+
The theme for 2018 is 21st Century Dyslexia. We would like entrants to interpret the theme in their own way. This year we are restricting the size of entries to A5. For further details on the competition and how to enter please click here.

Deadline for entries is September 30, 2018.
A panel of judges will select the winner for each category. Please note, we are unable to accept photos of entries therefore all must be submitted as originals, by post. If you wish for your entry to be returned to you afterwards, please make sure to include your name and address on the back of the entry.
