Home Bargains Bracknell donation to support the British Dyslexia Association
Monday 7 March 2022
Home Bargains has officially chosen us as their local charity and kindly donated an amazing £2000 upon the opening of their new Bracknell branch.
The new shop on Skimped Hill Lane opened at 8am on Saturday, February 26, creating 90 new jobs in the local community.
Home Bargains has said in a statement that the British Dyslexia Association has been the voice of dyslexic people over the past 50 years.
“We are extremely grateful to the new Bracknell branch of Home Bargains for very kindly choosing the British Dyslexia Association to receive this donation. The money donated by the store means that we will be able to do more to support people of all ages, affected by dyslexia, and help bring closer to reality a dyslexia-friendly society for all. We’ll be able to support more children in education and employers in the workplace, and to increase public understanding of the challenges – and benefits – of dyslexia. On behalf of the British Dyslexia Association and those whom the money will benefit, thank you again to all the staff at the Bracknell store.”
